Pre-Sales Executive (Location: Chandigarh/NCR)

The Pre-Sales Executive will work with Sales team to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities to secure new business opportunities.The Pre-Sales executive will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and to support the sales manager / directors.

Job Requirements: Key responsibilities of the Pre –Sales Executive shall include:

  • Understand and Analyze Customer Requirements.
  • Provide Application expertise and Business expertise.
  • Data Migration/Mapping .
  • User and Administrator’s Training.
  • Solutioning for customer.
  • Responsible for generating business through bidding portals.
  • Liaise with customers by Skype & via E-mail communication.
  • Proposal Writing, Follow Up, Requirement Gathering, Link between the Developments Ability to manage multiple portals.
  • Create marketing pitch-books, marketing material on PowerPoint.
  • Respond to RFP/ RFI by working with India and onsite team.
  • Manage client’s due-diligence visits to India delivery centers.
  • Should have an understanding of key trends and write engaging content.
  • Should possess excellent written communication skills. Good language skills – grammar, reference to context, efficient summarizing capability.
  • Strong spoken English skills; experience of working with US, UK people preferred. Confidence to speak to the senior management and senior client relationship managers on a regular basis.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking.
  • Strong understanding of PowerPoint, Word and working knowledge of Excel, Visio.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience writing Proposals mapped to customer requirements; Work closely with the Sales team to write proposals mapped to specific customer requirements and Request for Proposals (RFPs),
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with good command over English, with extensive experience in writing proposals.
  • Should be detail-oriented, customer-focused with ability to successfully manage the proposal lifecycle process under aggressive deadlines.
  • Experience in responding to RFP/RFQ/RFI.
  • Helping the sales team with Sales presentations based on proposal content and customer requirements.
  • Ensure consistency of all client deliverables by assisting with written content and editing final content, as well as providing strategic editorial feedback on proposal content.
  • Guide various team members through the response process using current market and competitive intelligence research tools to enable them to clearly communicate impactful messages.
  • The candidate should have basic skills with office productivity software, such as the MS Office suite as well as experience delivering both written and visual messages across the document.
  • The candidate should also have the demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, meet demanding deadlines, and take ownership of assignments from start to finish.
