AVX  Corp. v. Presidio Components, Inc. (Fed. Cir. 2019)

Their competition has caused animosity, which in turn has resulted in patent infringement litigation. And that litigation led AVX to challenge one of Presidio’s patents, U.S. Patent No. 6,661,639, through inter partes review. The Patent Trial and Appeal Board rendered a split decision, and AVX appealed to the Federal Circuit.
