A court document revealed On June 24, 2021, that Traxcell served Apple with its preliminary infringement contentions regarding their patent 10,820,147. In August Apple filed a Complaint for Declaratory Judgement of Noninfringement of the ‘147 patent. Yesterday, Traxcell officially sued Apple regarding Apple Maps allegedly infringing their patent.
