I am a professor who teaches Intellectual property Law. I have been looking for something like this for a long time. I saw one flowchart from USPTO, but that is so boring. Students are so uninterested in black and white flowcharts. I used this one here yesterday and they loved it. Everyone now knows the process of getting a patent. Thank you so much Citius Minds. The process for obtaining a US patent has nicely been shown in this simple flowchart. This is really useful for inventors like me. The chart clearly shows all the steps that need to be followed by inventors for getting their inventions patented.
