Job Requirements: Key responsibilities of the Patent Specialist shall include:

  • Technical analysis of patent documents.
  • Searching for documents similar to the studied documents.
  • Searching for products that work in a manner similar to that disclosed in the patent document.
  • Working in close collaboration with experts on technology litigations to help them in preparing technical infringement/non-infringement theories.
  • Finding ‘Evidence of Use’ from publically available sources and preparing claim charts for product infringements.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis of patent portfolios from a technical and business perspective.
  • Technology evaluations for IP Licensing and Transactions.
